About Charlotte
Charlotte Spillane runs Spark Training North West Ltd. Charlotte is a well qualified and highly motivated Drama Practitioner, teacher and trainer. Her personal experiences of teaching and training have been varied, challenging and immensely rewarding. Charlotte feels that she has benefited from the opportunity to use her training expertise in a wide variety of settings, from schools to business, from public sector organisations to prisons.
Charlotte has continued to extend her own personal and professional development, gaining a Post Graduate diploma in Drama Practice at University of Chester and is currently studying for a degree in Psychology with The Open University.
Jacqueline and Charlotte met whilst teaching drama in Chester in 1995, since then they have worked on a number of projects. In 2007 Jacqueline invited Charlotte to join Spark Training.
Charlotte is driven by a desire to inspire positive energy in others, to encourage more motivated, creative individuals and more dynamic, enthusiastic workforces.

About Jacqueline
Jacqueline Hobson set up Spark Training Ltd in September 2006. She is a dynamic Business Consultant, delivering training to businesses, schools and local authorities. She has years of experience as a Secondary Drama Teacher during which she mentored trainee teachers for University College Chester. After a move into the business sector, Jacqueline honed her training skills working for private training companies before using her expertise from both sectors to set up her own company.
Jacqueline instils confidence and a positive approach in others. She helps companies achieve targets through inspiring, thought provoking delivery and works to make a difference for people in their personal and professional lives.
Following Spark Training's huge success and subsequent expansion, Jacqueline was keen to bring Charlotte on board. Jacqueline and Charlotte's partnership work since 1995 has provided an excellent foundation for dynamic, inspirational delivery.
